The interview itself went well technically. However, the post-interview experience was very poor. The recruiter kept promising updates 'by EOD' for over a week and never followed through. The company took more than 10 days to give a final response, only after I mentioned I had another offer. The rejection came within minutes of that message, suggesting the decision was already made much earlier. The salary expectations are also not aligned with market standards — they seem to prefer candidates who accept below-market compensation.
