Girls on the Run interview questions

The first call was casual with one person and felt connecting. The second and first official interview was with the board and over a video call. I followed up after the interview with my first contact after my board interview and was told about the agency decision at that time.

- Questions were sent in advance. - Conversation was fairly straightforward, answering the questions that had been given in advance. I was given the opportunity to ask questions and we had some back and forth conversation but most of the time was spent regurgitating the answers that I had prepared in advance. - I was told I was receive either a "yes" or a "no" the following week but never heard anything.
