After applying job it takes more than 1 month, after getting call from recruiter, process is very fast next day scheduled the interview over phone, interview was easy some strange questions are asked and very professional and clean

Interview
The interview process consist of 3 rounds.
First round would be telephonic.
Second round would be Program.
Third round would be Face to Face (HR)
I went for the second round and had my program test. They asked me to write two programs.
I though i will be clearing the round, But suddenly they said like i have not selected and the reason is due to lack of coding and validation skills.
