Our roles are clear for all in our job postings as well as internally at GitGo. Prospecting is an important piece of what we do for all our partners, and we do spend a large amount of time for all new hires & ongoing with team on continuous development of that skill, because our hotel partners need us to build their top-of-funnel. We share this with all our new hires pre and post offer and during the first several months as a new hire our BDR’s and Account Managers spend a lot of time on the phones in conversation with prospects. As we aren’t clear as to when you were hired at GitGo it is important to mention that our company has done a major transition and many of our roles have evolved as well as our technology. So, we are not just a telemarketing company, but thank you for the feedback. We’ll be sure that it’s very clear for anyone who chooses to interview and join our team of talented, skilled sales people who can build a strong top of funnel for our hotel partners thru prospecting calls, emails and partnership with our marketing delivery team to qualify and nurture business opportunities.
