The interview process ran well over two months, and the biggest issue was the communication, there were long stretches of silence between rounds and almost no proactive updates. I repeatedly had to follow up just to learn whether anything was moving, no timelines were given, no clear feedback, or a clear view of what was next. The lack of basic coordination turned what could’ve been an exciting opportunity into a frustrating, discouraging experience. Had to reach out to the scheduler because the recruiter was non responsive. While the people I met were sharp and genuinely kind, the recruiting experience itself felt disorganized and unprioritized, leaving a bad taste overall. Because of that, I wouldn’t apply or interview again unless the process and communication standards materially improved.
