The hiring manager first interviewed me. The interview went well and he said I have the necessary qualifications for the job. The next round was with the team manager and the HR person said to familiarise myelf with the website and do a a couple of courses on their site for the second round. I did that and was very well prepared for the interview. On the day of the interview, the team manager refused to turn on her video but wanted mine on (so I was basically talking to myself ) and cut the interview short when she said I have no direct experience in their industry. This was also a concern for me which I had brought with the HR manager but he assured me it was not necessary. It was a really heartbreaking experience.
