This is one of the best interview experiences I've ever gone through. I signed an NDA so I won't describe the exact process but I applied online, there was a take-home technical test and then multiple stages where you'll meet a lot of people who will test your technical and non-technical skills. From applying online to receiving the offer, the process took around 2 months but this was partially due to my own availability. I had to wait very little time after each stage before being told if I was through to the next stage. Every stage of the process was very well organised and everyone I met was incredibly friendly, welcoming and made me feel very comfortable from start to finish. Everyone gave the impression that they are genuinely passionate about the company and want to make sure that people are hired who have the best chances of thriving in their diverse and inclusive remote working culture. Overall I think their interview process is fantastic and I wish more companies had processes like this.
