I applied online, and I received a take home assignment via email. The assignment was pretty straightforward and involved implementing some functionality in a simple CRUD-like application. They put a hard limit of 5 hours (limited by access to the repo) to do the assignment. I took about 4 hours to complete the assignment, and I did the assignment in JavaScript. Afterwards, I received no correspondance for at least 2 weeks. I reached out, and they sent over an email to schedule an onsite. However, at that point I already had other offers on the table, and there was no time to squeeze the onsite in. I didn't have any any face-to-face or phone call interaction with anyone. And they had not reviewed my code submission until I emailed they a couple weeks later. While I appreciated the lack of LeetCode questions, and testing for more practical skills, there was a definite lack of human interaction and communication on their end.
