The process was very organized. I loved the fact that each interview was arranged to fit my availability. The Gitlab team guided me through the whole process. They answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. I interviewed with 3 Gitlab team members. I was given an offer after my background check cleared. In my opinion, for Gitlab to be a 100 percent remote company, they have a really great process for interviewing and hiring.

I had an initial meeting with a recruiter and then interviewed with the AP manager, 2 team mates, and 2 senior managers. A final sync with the recruiter for the offer.
