I applied online in January.
The first round is to answer a series of questions related to your past experience and leadership. And a few weeks later. there was a phone screen by the HR in charge (2nd round). The phone interview was very relaxed and asked about the previous questions I answered. A few weeks after the phone screen, there was an online test (SHL numerical and verbal), which served as the third round. Another few weeks later after the online test, an email told me that I was qualified for the assessment center. I attended the AC in May, which consists of activities such impromptu presentations, group exercises and reflection activities. There were 6 out 12 candidates passed the AC. After the AC, there was a panel interview on the next day.
