I had a screening interview with CyberCoders, then a direct interview with CEO who offered the job on the spot. I wasn't prepared to accept, and they were willing to give me a few days to sort it out as I considered another prospect. The CEO was very friendly, and kicked a soccer ball around the office which was a great way to alleviate tension.
