I applied online. I interviewed at Glami (Prague) in Mar 2022
Interview
One of the best and most interesting job interviews I ever had. Such a pleasant person was interviewing me and I felt like we are having a conversation instead of typical job interview full of generated questions.
I applied online. I interviewed at Glami (Prague) in June 2020
Interview
I applied to the position online and had an hour long interview also online with the hiring manager. I had positive feelings about the conversation. The manager suggested that he would get in touch with me within a week or so to schedule another interview with the 2nd level manager, even asked whether I could provide them with a recommendation letter from my previous employer and informed me that I'd potentially need to write an assignment. After this, I never heard back from this person.
However, I can't help but think that the lack of feedback had to do with the fact that 3 years ago I applied to Glami already, I just decided not to go and work for them. Mostly because I had a hideous recruitment experience with the very hiring manager who interviewed me again. My experience from 2017 was that the team was way too young and the way they conducted my testing and interviews (in the span of 1,5 month) made me feel unconfident about the professionalism of the company. (One of the interviewers, who would've been my hiring manager back then literally told me that she was nervous because I was the first person she'd ever interviewed and she printed out the top 10 interview questions to learn about me, just to name one thing.)
Now, in 2020 I thought they must've evolved since a big investment group bought the start-up but probably I was wrong.
The interviewer remembered me, therefore even more, I think the minimum feedback should've been a line of message letting me know they moved on with someone else.
Lesson learnt, no more trials with Glami.

Question 1
Typical corporate questions, like what's your biggest achievement, how do you handle crisis, etc. Nothing outstanding or special to prepare for.
