Glamorous interview questions

On my first interview the CEO turned up 40 minutes late. I got through to the second interview in which the sales manager rudely answered his phone in front of me and spoke in a different language. At the end of the interview he said someone will be in touch... a week later I emailed for an update and still a week onwards I've had no response.

really basic and random questions about what do you think this role is. tell me about yourself. what experience you had at the past. the HR doesn't speak a lot he basically expecting you to say everything before he ask. I didn't even prepare for this interview and it went really well. all the really basic questions i think just to watch few youtube clips and you will pass it.
