Glasair Aviation interview questions

Contacted after applying to post on website. Was asked my salary expectations so I replied with a range, was then asked for an on-site interview. Contacted again after interview for "more information" though the request for information never came. Followed up the next week and was told I should have been sent an offer the previous Friday. Offer came and was less than 70% my minimum stated requirement, was for a lesser position title, contained spelling errors and misidentified my address. Incredibly disappointed with the lack of professionalism and accuracy in this process. My experience echos previous comments that this company is unwilling to invest what it takes to acquire or retain talent necessary for their success.
