Interview was competency based and included scenarios too. The whole experience was a little pressurised but it was run well and staff tried their hardest to build rapport and create a more natural experience - well done
The interview involved competency-based questions relevant to the role. The interviewers were friendly and supportive, giving me time to think when I felt nervous. The questions focused on required competencies and practical examples, making it an overall positive interview experience.
