Before advancing to the interview round, candidates are required to complete a preliminary test. From my perspective as a candidate with no prior work experience, the interview process was quite smooth and straightforward. The questions were not overly challenging and mainly focused on my background and whether I would be able to commit sufficient time to participate in the internship program.
