It was a group interview process, where people would take turns around the table saying their answers. They would give us customer scenarios, ask us about our style inspiration and did one pair activity.

2 interviews to be successful. A phone call to go over basics, before meeting with the State Manager and following that was a 30-minute live interview where you work the shop floor so they see if you are the right candidate.

Very friendly and provided great insight into the job. Was understanding of uni commitments and aimed to work around that which was really nice to have some flexibility provided. Answered all of my questions and kept the conversation very upbeat and personal
Group session with other applicants, round table type discussion talking about fashion, past experience, customer service. Pretty light and easy going. You had to chat through your outfit, then sell it to the group. There were some breakout groups with other people in the interview. Be friendly, confident and well-versed in their clothing.
