it was an open interview between specific time of 8 - 10 am at Spencer St Outlet.
Group interview so few various girls would come in.
Filled out a simple form about availbilities and details.
Interviews by an employee who worked at the outlet, it was very very casual.

Interview
You will visit the warehouse in botany and then interviewed with about 15 girls and one manager. There is no one-on-one so make sure to stand out and show your personality. I didn't know this so I wasnt trying too hard to impress the manager but I was still able to get the job. It started with one round of icebreakers, then you have to describe someone else after they introduce themselves in pairs and then a styling activity in pairs.
