round table interview with various people that would be direct co-workers, in person, elaboration on the day to day operations and functions of the job as well as area of work focus, no tour

It was a remote interview where I met three members of the team, including a manager. I got asked about my projects but also personal stuff like my favorite book, favorite streaming service, and my hobbies. It was okay for the most part but one thing that was a red flag to me was when I asked each person what their favourite thing about working at this company, two of them responded but the third person, who's a manager who's been working there for 40 years stayed silent. That was kinda awkward
