I applied online. I interviewed at Gleason (Rochester, NY) in July 2024
Interview
Interview was straightforward with going over job history and then led into the role and responsibilities. Hiring manager and current role employee that would be moving on did a great job describing the role and showing the ins and outs of the company. The hiring manager did a great job in making sure they were transparent about the role and the work environment seemed like a healthy collaborative team.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Gleason (Rochester, NY) in Nov 2021
Interview
It was a remote interview where I met three members of the team, including a manager. I got asked about my projects but also personal stuff like my favorite book, favorite streaming service, and my hobbies. It was okay for the most part but one thing that was a red flag to me was when I asked each person what their favourite thing about working at this company, two of them responded but the third person, who's a manager who's been working there for 40 years stayed silent. That was kinda awkward
