No information after GM interview, almost too fast and no feedback at all to the applicant
At least inform the applicant if not passed or if there is something need to be fixed

1. The usual interview with user: describe yourself, skill, etc
2. There is technical test in coding (not sure why, since they do not check the program) in their HQ office
3. Psychological test, which also is not useful in determining work quality
