I applied online. I did a recruiter screen and then a panel interview. The folks here are very nice and care about the community a lot, good people doing good work! Even though I didn't get the offer, glad they are here.

There were multiple rounds but I found it very straightforward. The interviewer was a no nonsense type manager who knew exactly what she wanted from her employees and thus asked questions you either knew or didn’t. There wasn’t much gray area and you had to sit in on a class to see how it would go.
