Vertriebsleiterin hat keine Ahnung wie Vertrieb funktioniert. Personalerin weiß nichtmal was Rahmenbedingungen eines Jobs sind. Musste ich erklären. Außerdem sitzen sie vor einem und schreiben sich über Teams, denken es merkt niemand. 🤣
