This only applies if you work for the Singapore partner. Interviewed with the Singapore Partner back in 2015. He was the Managing Partner of Glory Fund Management Group, CEO of Amare Investments as well as the partner for Global Capital Markets Inc. If you work under him, be prepared to get involved in projects in USA, China, Hong Kong and Singapore.
Questions asked include your area of expertise, subjects studied in University, previous work experience, ability to communicate in fluent Chinese, strengths and weaknesses as well as willingness to travel.

Interview
The interview is not hard and is like a conversation. They want to know about your experiences and want you want to learn from the job. Also, they want to know you as a person. What's more, they will introduce you all the tasks you will touch in your daily work and explain the operation of the company. The interviewer is very friendly.
