Interview
Job interview organised in three sessions. The first one with the founder of the company. It was a professional yet comfortable and friendly interview talking about background and past experiences. The second session involved also the head of my department. This session was more structured and went more in depth with the aspects and topics related to the position. Both were online. The third session took place in the office and it consisted of a simulation of the tasks I would have to deal with. This last session was extremely useful as candidate to understand the day to day tasks and to get a comprehensive idea of what my job would be like. The session was very well organised and provided also feedbacks to improve, whether you got the job or not.
