A particularly telling moment: during the final interview, the CEO described the role as a “thankless job.” That statement, combined with the lack of follow-up, raises questions about organizational culture, leadership mindset, and how staff are valued. Overall Impression: The mission may be compelling, but this experience suggests a disconnect between external values and internal operations. Candidates should proceed with caution.
