The interview process for the Senior Finance Manager position was both structured and professional. After applying through the official careers website, I was shortlisted and invited for an in-person interview. The process consisted of two rounds. In the first round, I met with the Finance Director, and in the second round, I had a discussion with the Country Director. Both interviews were conducted with professionalism and mutual respect, each lasting approximately 45 minutes. The discussions were comprehensive, focusing on the requirements of the role and my qualifications. Following the interviews, I received a phone call with a job offer. I was given three days to consider and make my decision, which demonstrated a fair and transparent process throughout.
