Interview
The interview process was nothing too complicated and not very intimidating. Having been both interviewed and had to interview potential interns, I saw that the questions are not difficult to answer. However, it is important to note that the best answers stick. Similarly to when I was interviewed, Global Footprint Network looks for special skills that one may have to aid the company, in my case this included fundraising experience and writing skills.

I was an intern. I applied to the job, let my supervisor know, they interviewed me and I think I did very well, but I was passed up for a PhD.

Interview
Found the ad on web, applied directly to HR by e-mail. About 10 days later, got invited to phone interview. Phone interview lasted about 30 min, going through CV, why interested in the organisation, examples of project management, team work and so on as listed on candidate criteria for the job description.
