The interview process followed a multi-layered structure, beginning with an initial screening by Human Resources, followed by in-depth conversations with a Senior Manager, the Vice President, and ultimately the Executive Vice President. Each stage provided an opportunity to delve deeper into my professional background, with the focus primarily on discussing my previous experiences, key accomplishments, and how they align with the organization's goals and expectations. The progression allowed for a comprehensive evaluation of both my technical skills and cultural fit within the company.
