Interview

Entrevista muito leve e sem pressão. Se preocuparam bastante em explicar como funciona a metodologia e os processos pedagógicos, até mesmo a história da escola. Entrevista calma e acolhedora, preocupação em achar um profissional bom para trabalhar lá. Muito cordiais e educados. Passam segurança e não ofendem nem agem com preconceitos de nenhuma maneira.

• Existiu algum momento em um ambiente de trabalho que você, mesmo ocupada, ajudou algum outro profissional? • Se algum pai ou mãe lhe perguntar sobre o filho na saída da escola, qual seria sua resposta? • Me fale a pessoa que você mais admira em sua vida • Me conte sobre a sia história, o que gosta de fazer. • Duas crianças brigam por causa de um brinquedo. Como você mediaria a situação?
