Global Nephrology Solutions interview questions

I received an email via LinkedIn by recruitment about an opening, I followed through with applying and phone interviewed with the recruiter- set up a zoom meeting the following week with a supervisor located in PA. The supervisor was late to our zoom meeting and logged in under someone else’s name… he began to say there was issues with his camera so our zoom meeting began with me speaking to a black screen. While this person went on to speak about him and his accomplishments for about 15 mins, I can hear him going in and out of his car (possibly driving). Not much information was given about the company.. good thing I did my research prior to this interview. From recent reviews, and many red flags, I knew this wasn’t a company I wanted to dedicate my time to. Seems like every issue these days are surround by poor management.

Applied online and was contacted within a couple days. Ended up having three different interview stages with the final interview being via Zoom. Received an offer next day. The kicker is the offer was much lower then what I stated my range was before the interview process began. A range that they stated they could meet. I reiterated my salary range and counter offered, they told me they would get back to me. They never did. To me, that is disrespectful. Not only because they never called back to accept or decline my counter offer but also to low ball me on pay when my range was already established, thereby wasting my time,
