The interviewer took their time getting to know me. They had carefully reviewed my resume. They were interested in my work and discussed thoroughly benefits and potential salary. The interviewer made sure to make me feel comfortable.

Interview
The process had three rounds:
First a phone call with the typical interview questions.
Second round was a take home technical assessment on the information presented in 10 patents.
The third and final round was a longer interview including a timed assessment involving reviewing patents and meeting with members of the team and the CEO.

Interview
On site patent review session made a lot of sense for the requirements of the position, however low level questions seemed confrontational and unnecessary. Overall, this company seemed to be a good place to get into the patent business. All interviewers were young (25-35 yo) professionals.
