Global Prior Art interview questions

The process had three rounds: First a phone call with the typical interview questions. Second round was a take home technical assessment on the information presented in 10 patents. The third and final round was a longer interview including a timed assessment involving reviewing patents and meeting with members of the team and the CEO.

On site patent review session made a lot of sense for the requirements of the position, however low level questions seemed confrontational and unnecessary. Overall, this company seemed to be a good place to get into the patent business. All interviewers were young (25-35 yo) professionals.
