I appreciate that you noted our promptness in our responsiveness each time you reached out to ascertain the status of the position. We do strive to be extremely responsive to clients, employees, and prospective employees so I'm grateful to hear that was your experience.
You asked a few questions that I'd like to provide some answers to. First, as a 100% remote company we do in fact often need to hire individuals who have significant people and project management experience, and that was certainly the case with the CMC position you applied for. Because we manage people and projects on an exclusively remote basis this seems normal to us. However, we've noticed that this kind of arrangement can sometimes catch people off guard who haven't seen it in practice before.
Finally, please be aware that we are subject to contractual and ethical obligations that prevent us from "getting free answers" for our projects from job applicants or any other parties not subject to our confidentiality restrictions. The test you took is a generic template that all applicants are asked to complete and has no independent value other than as a tool for helping us to evaluate candidates' writing and analytical skills.
