R1: tech lead: project discussion - It was good project/technology discussion. From the kind of questions and discussion; I was rest assured that this is a deep tech. company and I was motivated to prepare well and prioritize. Also, involved program management related questions/discussions. R2: System design LLD take home Assignment (2 days). Poorly written so many grammatical and formatting mistakes. R3: india site head: He joined late, looked completely messsed up and naive. He wasn't able to follow up during the discussion. I think another example of someone grew up faster on org. because of handful of skills rather than maturity level on communictaion. He interrupted me so many times. He doesn't seems like someone I can collaborate with; But I had faith in tech teams in Indonesia ; So I thought may be I will be able to bare him. Anyways, we continued; coding problem was leetcode medium level. I almost solved it; missed a case which I finished after few minutes and shared. I never received a response. And I was fine with that. Ok'ish org, definitely India site culture will be worse. But good part is deep tech stack/work; if that's the preference, please go ahead apply. I hope they pay well; as clearing tech rounds may not be easy.

HR interview conduct in English due to the interviewer is an international talent acquisition team. The process was very fast. Invitation for HR interview given in 2 days after applied. The 1st user interview invitation given right after the HR interview finished. The users are tech lead and senior engineer.

when I apply they sent the coding test link immediately, they used codility for the coding test. after I submit my answer, it takes about 2 weeks or more to get the test result.
