I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Global Widget (Tampa, FL) in June 2022
Interview
In person interview was conducted in a small conference room at their head quarters. The manager of compliance/quality department, head of quality lab, document control specialist and my QA supervisor. Spoke about the role, what they are looking for, then to talk about my career history. Interview in English and asked about my Spanish skills. Once completed they moved me to HR where I started the onboarding paperwork. The company it self is very professional and transparent.

Interview
Had a phone interview and on-site the following week. One of the best interview experiences I have had. There was open and quick communication throughout the entire process. When conducting the on-site interview everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The team I did my interview with really wanted to know more about my experience and answered all of my questions openly. Overall a great experience!
Several phone interviews, followed by on site interview. I really liked the hiring manager. I got the impression that he was one of the most honest and empathetic writing managers imaginable. I was treated very well throughout my interviews and had ample time to meet the team and ask questions. A very pleasant experience. I was disappointed, however, that the company offered no sort of follow-up after the extensive time I spent interviewing. It's common courtesy to at least send a letter of rejection if you pass on a candidate, but ghosting applicants who interview is unprofessional.
