You should know their products very well before you have the interview. I had a nice chat with the hiring manager, but after other Directors also interviewed me and I was not ready to have 4 interviews in a row and also a role play.

They asked me about my background and companies that I worked for. They asked me to role play on the spot as an Account Manager. I was not expecting that for the first interview at least.
