Smooth process and interview happened on schedule timings. Good approach from HR and managers. There were 2 technical round and one HR discussion. It was very experience for me to be in product based organisation

Interview
Initially Phone screening happened.It was full of technical questions and duration for this round was half hour.After clearing that round,I was called for Onsite Interview and it had four rounds.First round with HR Specialist. Second round was with Team Leader and it was full of technical questions.They also explained about the job responsibilities.Third round was with Manager and this was mix of technical questions and Management Questions. Fourth round was with Director and this had pure management related questions.
