Able to perform shift work on a 12-hour shift schedule; including working in a cleanroom environment per semi-conductor industry and GLOBALFOUNDRIES protocol/requirements, wearing all required clean room protective clothing and equipment throughout a 12 hour day (excluding breaks) and lift a minimum of 30 pounds on a periodic basis throughout the shift (preventive maintenance) and/or process issues

The interview was very easy and short (this was a few years ago). The questions were simple and I felt very comfortable the entire time. It kind of just felt like a formality and that they basically hire everyone they interview.

Interview
They took about half a dozen of us into a conference room and we did an activity where we had to build cars. Each car had 3 parts, had different costs, and we had to determine which car to build and how many to build. Then I had two in person interviews and then one phone interview.
