Interactive competency test that checks for visual efficiency at spotting issues as well as general terminology and recognition of different game platforms (PC, home console, etc) to make sure that the person applying for the job knows their craft and isn't a complete newbie who has no business in this field.

followed by a simple test where they send you a game along with documentation.
You had to find and write bugs in the format they specified.
They call you immediately within next day or two about the results
