The interview process took over five interviews in two months. The CEO low balls compensation dollars but offered other perks. The compensation was never met. The promise of a future was false.

Interview
Fairly quick process. First and only interview lasted under an hour. They had just won a few small accounts and needed some immediate help. No one else currently employed there except for the Media Director understood Digital Media which is fairly crucial in a digitally driven marketplace.
