Ghosted after being provided with a coding challenge. First call was with the recruiter, then a call with lead engineer. After that call with the engineer, recruiter stated positive feedback and provided a take home coding challenge. I completed the coding challenge in 3 days, submitted in desired location and notified the recruiter. No acknowledgement, nor any response. Its been more than 3 weeks. I followed up but still no response. Take home challenge takes time. At least have a courtesy to say NO. Someone invested time and effort!!
