I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Globe Co
Interview
The first is talking with the CEO and what they do. They check out your resume and ask a few questions and that’s it. The second time you go to some courtyard and they go more in detail with what you do and more questions. They call you later and see if you get in or not.
SCAM. NOW KNOWN AS GCI PROMOTIONS. Formally also known as Blue Lotus and Golden State Concepts. The "CEO" who handled the first interview, talked up his company using vague terms and information. He mentioned how he has a global market (not anywhere to be found online). Pretty much a pyramid scheme but please look up the previous company names on glassdoor prior to wasting your time interviewing! I got offered a follow-up interview, but fortunately was able to research this company beforehand. Also, the wait for the first interview was 1 HOUR and 15 MINUTES! He wanted to make it obvious how many people he is interviewing everyday to grow his company due to high client demand. "Because I can't be at every office, I want to train individuals who can provide the value I provide to my clients. We're opening an office in LA and San Diego in the next 2 weeks as well." ALSO, the suite 280 in the building they'll direct you to doesn't even have their name on the door. It says "Marketing Room" because they change names every few months or so due to glassdoor review. So PLEASE be wary. I hope you read this before you go in for your first interview so you don't waste your valuable time like me.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Globe Co (Fremont, CA) in June 2018
Interview
The interview was behavioral. I was first asked to come in in person for the first round. I was then invited back the next day to complete the second round. They asked me to a few questions and finished off the interview with a quiz.
