I actually did not apply, they recruited me and called me into a group interview. They did not even look at my resume, they gave me a sales pitch and a brief run down on what I was in for. 2nd interview, was alone, and they basically pitched me all the benefits: rewards, commissions, residual income, vacations I can "win"(all of it crap by the way)
