I did a one on one teams interview then after the interview assessment was sent for me to complete.which if you know the basics about computers and customer service you can pass as well as w typing test.
Easy, friendly and nice going department manager. Offered a position at the end of the interview. Then offer letter is sent, and equipment mailed off within a week or two
