I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Globe Life Liberty National Division (Austin, TX) in July 2016
Interview
There was a brief 5 minute "interview" with one of the managers. There was a brief review of my resume and a few standard interview questions. After which I was invited to participate in an hour+ long group presentation about the company. Why do THEY have to convince YOU to work for THEM?
The entire presentation was very well put together and the "owner" who presented it was very persuasive... It was the BEST introduction into a pyramid scheme that I have ever seen or heard of. The position we applied for was NOT even an opportunity - he tried to convince us that we needed to start at a lower position and "work up" to it.
As far as the other applicants who I spoke with afterwards, everyone who wanted the "2nd interview" got one. And the few people who truly believed in the process got "jobs".

Question 1
Do you believe that if a person works hard enough that they will succeed?
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Globe Life Liberty National Division (Orlando, FL) in Mar 2017
Interview
Whew, lads ... run away from this "opportunity." I responded to a CL ad for a management position. Received a call a few days later and given a choice of two days to come in for an interview. At the interview, spoke with one person for less than 5 minutes, offered a chance to "advance." Sat in a group presentation that was mostly a marketing spiel about their product offerings. They may be a solid insurance company, I don't know, but they glossed over that it's straight commission, a 1099 position, and not a management role at all ... but you could be promoted to one "in as little as 60 days." Answered two different paper surveys/short answer questions, then was told that those who "advance further" would get calls back that afternoon. Things didn't sit well with me after the group presentation, so I looked here. Good Lord, I should have looked here first. I got the call that afternoon which I let go straight to voicemail. I had no interest in proceeding.
