Interview
The recruiter contacted me first. The opportunity offer was one of the manager positions, but it was sales. They invited me for initial face to face interview even without phone screening. Furthermore, the initial interview directly went through the conference style interview however it was more like a presentation about their insurance product and company. Any question about me or my experience. Rather than an interview, it was more like listening lecture which takes 2 hours. Yes. The initial interview or the presentation took about 2 hours. They asked me to filled out application if I want to attend second interview. I just left.
