It's just a mass interview to pull in 100s of possible candidates. I guess if you need a job just go for it and you'll get hired, but it's 100% commission for every position, so if you don't like that it won't be for you. Overall they just ask questions like do you have a car, do you have a felony, and can you pay us today for your insurance license. Other candidates I know where interviewed for different positions, but they're all the same position with different names. Again, if you're into 100% commission work and need an easy interview, go for it. You answered the questions after listening to videos of varying lengths some being 5 min and others being almost 15.
