I applied online. I interviewed at Globe Life Liberty National Division (Columbus, OH) in July 2017
Interview
The interview process was two days. the first day is a get to know you and you them as they share information about the company and you in return. Everyone else here has iterated the process very well so i wont go into that, just to say that they aren't lying and maybe even selling it short. You will get a very uneasy feeling at each stage of the process because they sell you the job as hard as they can because they need people in this position and have brought in a full room of people to consider. I arrived first during my time slot day one( i believe the third of the day) and in my time slot only one person was sent home after the first stage of questions( out of 20 or so). I really got the feeling that the stages were just a facade to give the appearance of selectism, but in reality they will throw 50 names at a wall (per day) hoping that a few will stick, also knowing that the ones that do stick will only last for a few months.
several questions to see if you would be willing to work hard while seeing little/no pay in the short term with the carrot of "unlimited" potential earnings in the future.

Interview
It's just a mass interview to pull in 100s of possible candidates. I guess if you need a job just go for it and you'll get hired, but it's 100% commission for every position, so if you don't like that it won't be for you. Overall they just ask questions like do you have a car, do you have a felony, and can you pay us today for your insurance license. Other candidates I know where interviewed for different positions, but they're all the same position with different names. Again, if you're into 100% commission work and need an easy interview, go for it. I heard a lot of agencies are doing interviews via video now so they can project the interview sales pitch to a wider audience.

Question 1
Barely anything. They'll hire anyone if you have a car and don't have a felony

Interview
Someone reached out and communicated through text, which was sketchy to me.
First interview - A recorded overview presentation, no 1 on 1 normal interview, so I haven't met anyone, which was sketchy to me.
Final interview - A zoom call, happening tomorrow. A final interview when I haven't met anyone?

Interview
It was an online process that you signed up for a certain time window. Most of the questions being asked through pre-recorded Youtube videos. You answered the questions after listening to videos of varying lengths some being 5 min and others being almost 15. At the end they wanted you to upload a headshot or a picture you thought represented you best. I had technical difficulties and couldn't upload anything and I tried emailing the HR person and never got a response back.
