I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Globe Life Liberty National Division (Dallas, TX) in Aug 2019
Interview
They called after I applied online and set up an interview immediately. I went in and was seated at a conference room table with one other applicant. I did not wait long and was taken to an office where I was asked some general questions about my background, etc. I passed that and went on to the information session where there were about 12 or so of us in a classroom type setting and we were given a very personable, informative presentation. They did not reveal that the job is 100% commission and 1099 at that time. I got a call to come back and interview for the last interview and that is when I did research and found our there was no draw or parachute for the transition time.

Interview
First interview was 5 minutes to gage interactions. Second interview talked about the company and then how much money COULD be made. Papers that were given ask about your goals in life and work and what YOU want then what you can do for the company.

Very straightforward about recruitment and the process that needs to be followed. Only look for people with great personality and attitude and no experience required. They treat you with care and understand your situation.
