Interview
I was contacted by someone over the phone to come to an interview with Liberty National Life Insurance. When I arrived the employees were very outgoing. I spoke with an Agency Director for about 2 minutes before being taken into a room with 10 other people where I listened to a presentation about the company and the career that they were offering as an agent. I then spoke with the same woman one on one again for another 10 minutes or so. Overall, it was educational and a very easy interview.

The only difficult question they really asked was whether or not I was able to hear "no" and be treated badly by potential clients without having it affect me. The questions were very straight forward and easy.

The interview process for me was through a zoom call. The owner was very professional and was able to help inform me about the job with a professional approach. I was very surprised how smooth the process was. They are very consistent with communication.

Interview
You get texted 2 times you choose which time to interview. Then you meet the person on Zoom. You then had one meeting with them. Then the person who texted you asked you to meet him for a final interview. Also on zoom.

Can you work every day 9 am to 9 pm - and study and pass the insurance agent test. Work 9 am on Saturday if you need to reach a goal.
