As you would have noticed, we value skills heavily - all things being equal skills always wins for us, as compared to qualifications. Yes there ARE positions in our company that require 10-12 hours shift, we have always found it prudent to discuss this upfront with every potential candidate. and the salaries are adjusted for such roles for longish hours.
